Saturday Division 3

If you apply an old football cliché to the season, it truly was a story of two halves. Remaining undefeated in the first half of the season (including an 8-game winning streak) and sitting in 1st for a number of those rounds, confidence was running high. The second half, though, was littered with if-only’s, as injuries caused numerous reshuffling all over the pitch to varying success. Still, everyone finished the season still determined to sign-off on a high and playing the attacking brand of football we had wreaked havoc with earlier.
There were too many highlights throughout the season to mention them all. But one I'm sure we will not be forgotten anytime soon, by either players or club, was playing with Andre, the son of Brazilian World Cup winner Tostào.
